The context
The Customs and Monopoly Agency is a public entity with offices located in various regions of Italy, each different from the others: many are prestigious buildings with architectural and landscape constraints, while others are newly constructed buildings.
At least two hundred people enter and exit the offices daily, including employees, maintenance personnel, technicians, and visitors. Especially for security reasons, there is a need to monitor and identify the flow of people in the facilities.
The necessities
The client requested a comprehensive access control solution that would also allow for the identification and registration of external individuals’ access.
In the case of some larger locations, the need was to have a solution suitable for outdoor spaces as well and in line with the aesthetic and historical value of the buildings.

After analyzing the specific characteristics of the various agency offices, our experts, with the assistance of on-site technicians, prepared personalized projects.

The client immediately noticed a greater efficiency in access control, especially in managing external visitors to their organization, in line with the new measures for pandemic containment.
