GoPlanner Visitors: automatic call function available

From today a new function is available that generates a voice call to company contacts after recording a visit!

How does it work?

When an external visitor arrives at the company he can register at the reception or automatically on a totem.

The visitor can be pre-registered or can register on the spot by choosing an internal contact person.

Once registration is completed, GoPlanner Visitors, in addition to sending notifications via email or SMS, can make a voice synthesis call to the internal contact person to notify that the guest has arrived.

A very useful feature for business automation and digitalization processes.
