New module for employee training
Infordata Sistemi announces the release of the new GoPlanner training module to manage both online and classroom-based video training for employees and external visitors. This is ideal for employees required to attend courses related to company safety or other matters.
Self Service Training. Access to the company via a computer or self-service totem is secure and super flexible thanks to an advanced authentication system that requires a PIN or OTP code sent via SMS or WhatsApp to the user’s mobile phone. This procedure gives simplified and secure authentication even for users without an email address.
Classroom training. Tools for managing traditional classroom training are also available. By logging on to the training platform, the trainer can manage the participants subscriptions for all training sessions, visualize the list of employees, check their training status, and manage test and certificate training.
Evaluation Procedures. After watching the video course in full, users are asked to take a test by answering a certain percentage of questions correctly. If answered correctly the test will issue a certificate of participation to the course including the date of attendance and validity. In the GoPlanner backend, visual tools make it easy to define test papers and assign scores to correct answers.
Integration with GoPlanner access control and scheduling. This training module integrates with GoPlanner’s access control management, optionally blocking access to those who are not up to date with their courses. In addition, it integrates with the Scheduler Module to keep an eye on document deadlines and user training.
